Soft to the touch, lightweight, and water-resistant, is equipped with 2-way top zipper for easy access with plenty of room inside and a front zip pocket for all the extras.  It features adjustable padded straps, 2 side water pockets and a convenient top handle that make them easy to carry, and its machine washable!

The Mini Backer is wipeable inside and out and made with our Signature* Environmentally Friendly PVC-free, non-chlorinate coating  that is soft to the touch, waterproof, odorless, and biodegradable. This fabric has been specifically developed by TRVL as an environmentally friendly alternative for our TRVL Families!

​shipping processing: All orders placed are processed in 2-3 business days. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on holidays.

After shipment occurs, delivery dates differ based on location. 3-5 business days is expected(in the Continental United States), 1-2 weeks internationally.

Returns:

​We hope you love your TRVL Design purchase—we love our bags and are sure you will too! That said, if for any reason you are unhappy with your bag, you can return it. All unused, undamaged merchandise in new condition (including tags) and original packaging may be returned within 14 business days from the delivery date. We’ll credit your refund to the original form of payment. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

​Only regular priced items may be refunded- sales items up to 20% are returned for store credit only. Products sold at a discount of 20% or greater are final sale and may not be returned.

​To begin your return, please email our customer service team at info@trvldesign.com with your name and order number for an RA (Return Authorization) Code and instructions.

​We do not accept exchanges at this time. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. 

​Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your refund is processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5-7 business days.

Shipping:

To return your product, please ship using a trackable shipping method (USPS, Fedex etc) and write your RA# clearly on the outer package. TRVL Design is unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
